As we already announced last month, with the objective of fulfilling our expansion plan, we have moved our headquarters to a new location.
Since 22nd June 2020, once the works and the relocation in the new facilities were over, we are at 13, Gobelas street, Urbanization La Florida, Madrid, 28023.
The new facilities are located within the urbanization La Florida, a consolidated financial and residential area in Madrid, that can be reached both by public or private transport, and with enough owned parking spaces for visits.
From the new offices we want to provide a better service and attention to our clients, but also to be more prepared to assume new challenges for the company.
INGESER has always defended the culture of change and the need to be in constant evolution to reach excellence, and this new space meets this philosophy, seeking the satisfaction of a much more demanding client that needs technology to be an ally to improve their efficiency and productivity, but also to accomplish more competitive environments.
Progress consists in renewing, as Miguel de Unamuno used to say, and following this idea we get installed in our new offices and continue to evolve pursuing the excellence of our clients.

The Architecture department of INGESER has concluded the project of a residential building of 17 apartments in free dwelling regime, in Valentín Llaguno street, Madrid.
The building consists of three floors and an attic in a closed private urbanization with a total surface of 1,678 m2. Residents will enjoy common landscaped areas, a swimming pool and a basement in which there will be both parking spaces and storage rooms.
A modern, state-of-the-art building with plenty of natural light, that pays special attention to high efficient energy use systems, pursuing home energy saving and reducing the associated financial costs.
For our Architecture team, it is fundamental to promote an efficient energy use by means of sustainable residential building designs incorporating energy criteria. All these will result in a higher comfort inside the apartments and a lower energy consumption, for an ultimate responsible use of natural resources.
With the aim of providing more value to our clients and improving our business effectiveness and efficiency, this month we have initiated a course of Sales Techniques for Engineers adapted to the current situation of our company, our services and market sectors.
It is a totally practical course, by means of which the technical and commercial teams of INGESER learn how to apply the latest methods and tools of consultative sale of high level engineering solutions about new business opportunities and the real clients with whom we work on a daily basis.
It is not a course on traditional sales, but a course adapted to the new ways of trading and doing business, that helps our engineers and commercials to sell sophisticated solutions for complex problems with long sales processes.
During the course, we count with a coach and experts instructors to get to know the necessary actions to be taken in order to implement and initiate the new sales process, and discover the most effective way of achieving the set goals.
